How guided meditation can help you develop your ability to achieve the Relaxation Response

I am trying to find out better ways to relax so I’m not so overwhelmingly stressed so much of the time. It seems like I am usually in a big hurry, and always have 12 things I’m trying to get done. I’m not sleeping at night, I’m usually in a terrible mood and it’s difficult to concentrate at the office.
So I saw this really useful website talking about guided meditation that had some good information. The writer is a guided meditation teacher. She says when you listen to a calm voice that is telling you how to relax, the results are usually better than if you try to do it on your own.
The website emphasizes that 20 minutes of doing guided meditation every day can reverse the effects of stress. That sounds good to me!
